Hradec Králové
Malé náměstí (Small Square) is the smaller of the two squares in the historic centre of Hradec Králové, formerly known as the Horse Market or Hus Square. Its development dates back to at least the first half of the 14th century. The square is lined on all sides by historic buildings, with an arcade on the southern block; at its centre stands a Baroque fountain with a sculptural group of St. John of Nepomuk from 1718. In the past, the surrounding buildings housed administrative offices and the first Czech theatre stage in the city.
