About the venue

Landštejn is a medieval castle in South Bohemia, close to Slavonice, regarded as one of the best-preserved Romanesque fortresses in Central Europe. It dates from around the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries and is dominated by a massive cylindrical tower. The castle is open to visitors and occasionally hosts open-air cultural events.
