Kulturní dům Ostrov is a multifunctional venue in Havlíčkův Brod hosting concerts, balls, theatre performances and exhibitions. It is also home to the Městské divadlo and Kino Ostrov, whose auditorium seats 342 in 16 rows. The amateur theatre group Adivadlo, based here since 1969, carries on a local theatrical tradition dating back to 1836. The main hall holds around 800 people.
