Kulturní dům Echo in Lipník nad Bečvou occupies a building from the 1920s that originally served as an Orel gymnastics hall. After WWII it became a cinema, but fell into disrepair after 1990. The town rebuilt it in 2012-2013 for nearly 32 million crowns and opened it as a cultural centre in December 2013. It now hosts concerts, theatre, balls, exhibitions and conferences. A giant yellow gramophone in front of the entrance has become the venue's unmistakable landmark.
