About the venue

Hřiště U háječku is an outdoor grass ground in Bělá pod Bezdězem that serves as the main venue for the annual Bělské balónové hemžení hot-air balloon festival. Balloon Club Bílá Hlína launches its balloons from here, and the site also hosts the festival's evening light shows, parachute jumps, aerobatic displays and other supporting acts. In 2025 the town council approved the construction of a training football pitch in the same area.
