About the venue

Galerie U lávky is a non-commercial gallery run by the Praha-Troja municipal district, open since October 2001. Its name refers to the nearby Trojská lávka footbridge - after the bridge collapsed in 2017, the alternative name Galerie U zřícené lávky came into use. The compact 50 m² space hosts rotating exhibitions by both established artists and students, and every year stages Trojské plány, a show dedicated to the district's architecture and urban development. Vernissages are often accompanied by live music.
