About the venue

Kulturní dům Dobříš on Mírové náměstí is the town's main cultural venue. It hosts concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions and balls, and since the cinema reopened the main hall doubles as a screening room. Smaller halls seating around 100 are available for hire. The cultural centre that runs the building also manages the Dobříš Town Museum and publishes the monthly Dobříšské listy.
