Divadlo Komedie is a drama theatre housed in the basement of the Mining and Metallurgy Company palace on Jungmannova street in Prague's New Town. The hall has been in use since 1930, when actor Vlasta Burian set up his company here; it has carried the name Komedie since 1954. Since the 2018/2019 season it has been part of Městská divadla pražská again, focusing on contemporary drama and innovative staging. Resident companies include Lachende Bestien and Lenka Vagnerová & Company.
