Kráťa, a manager on the brink of complete burnout, agrees to a request from his sick father Miloš and decides to take over the management of a dilapidated summer children's camp in his place, where he once went as a child. Immediately upon arrival, Kráťa comes into conflict with the camp staff collective, led by Cyril, who has been sharpening his teeth for the position of camp director. But the situation really escalates with the arrival of a hygiene inspection, where Kráťa's old camp love Anežka Svobodová works, who now lives with his former arch-rival, now a powerful local businessman Karel. And to complicate matters even further, it turns out that Karel has completely different intentions for the place where the camp is located.
