Krátka, a manager on the brink of complete burnout, agrees to his ailing father Milos's request and decides to take over the management of a dilapidated summer children's camp where he once went as a child. Immediately upon arrival, Krátka finds himself in conflict with the camp's staff collective, led by Cyril, who has been eyeing the summer position for himself. But the situation really escalates with the arrival of a health inspection, where Krátka's old camp love Anezka Svobodova works, who now lives with his former arch-rival, now a powerful local businessman Karel. And to complicate matters even further, it turns out that Karel has completely different intentions for the place where the camp is located...
