The 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso is not only the most significant spiritual representative of Tibet, but also ranks among the most important personalities of the contemporary world. The documentary film summarizes filming with the Dalai Lama from 1991 to 2022 and conveys his important inspirational message in the field of secular ethics, non-religious spirituality, the development of inner peace, loving kindness, and the transformation of education with an emphasis on inner values, work with the mind and emotions. The film also outlines the Dalai Lama's life story supplemented by memories of his mother. The visual component of the film is a fresco representing all of Tibet - the landscape and its inhabitants. We will see the most significant places, unique and almost unknown rituals and celebrations.
