Improvisation Workshop with the Creators of AMEN / Mysterium of the Sacred
[S]NOVÉ DIVADLO invites you to an improvisation movement workshop with the creators of the performance AMEN / Mysterium of the Sacred.
This time participants will be inspired by birds - their bodies, lightness, instinct, rhythm and voice. The workshop explores how birds move through space, how they respond to wind, changes in direction or the presence of others - and how their bodies become instruments of orientation, survival and freedom. Attention will focus on bird dynamics: micro-movements of the head, sudden changes in trajectory, the fluidity of flight and the jerkiness of landing.
The workshop also includes voice work - from gentle chirping through warning signals to flock calls. Participants explore how the voice can be an impulse for movement, how it creates space and connects individuals into a group. The inspiration comes from flocks in flight, their collective intelligence and ability to respond without words, only through shared rhythm.
The workshop is open to the general public; no previous experience is necessary. Participants can - if they wish - actively participate in the evening performance AMEN / Mysterium of the Sacred, or remain as spectators only. Both options are included in the price.
The performance will take place at the same venue on Sunday, September 13 at 20:30. Tickets for the performance can be purchased online.
