Visací Zámek marks 44 years with a traditional Christmas concert in České Budějovice on Friday, 5 December 2026 at KD Gerbera. The legendary Czech punk-rock band welcomes PLEXISjovanka, successors to the Plexis legacy, as special guests for the evening. This is one of two Czech dates the band has scheduled for the coming year - the second takes place in March in Pec pod Sněžkou. The concert blends the band's anniversary celebration with the festive season.

About: VISACÍ ZÁMEK

Founded in 1982 by five civil engineering students at the Czech Technical University, Visací zámek evolved from a one-off performance into one of Europe's longest-operating punk bands with an unchanged roster. The Prague group features vocalist Jan Haubert, Michal Pixa, Ivan Rut, Vladimír Šťástka and Jiří Pátek, who have remained together for over four decades. Compelled to perform under assumed names during the normalization period, they nevertheless cultivated a dedicated fanbase and were recognized in 2010 with induction into the Czech Beat Hall of Fame by Radio Beat listeners.
