A guided walk through the hills of Libeň, focusing on two emergency colonies clinging to a steep slope. Participants will learn how these dwellings were built illegally and under cover of darkness, walk through the narrow streets of Kotlaska colony, and visit places where Gustáv Husák once predicted Prague's glory. The route offers unusual distant views.
Practical information:
- Meeting point: Libeňský zámek tram stop, direction Kobylisy
- Duration: 1.5-2 hours
- End of walk: Na Hrázi street, at the entrance to metro station B Palmovka (near tram stops)
- Guide: Petr Ryska
- The terrain is suitable for pushchairs (expect steep slopes) but not for wheelchairs.
- Tickets cannot be purchased on site.
- Children under 12 free.
