What Does a Circular Municipality Look Like?
Circular economy doesn't have to be the privilege of large cities with experts and millions in the budget. CE HUB Pardubice (P-PINK), as part of the European project CHEERS4EU, has mapped how smaller Czech towns have tackled circularity - from waste prevention at festivals through re-use centres and tool libraries to more efficient waste management. The lecture will show what lessons from their experience could inspire Prague as well.
Speaker: Circular Hub P-PINK (Pardubice) - a pilot project of the European programme CHEERS4EU (Interreg Europe), developed under the Pardubice Business Incubator. The Hub helps municipalities, companies, organizations and the public in the Pardubice region on their path to circular economy.
The lecture is part of the Dokola Festival, taking place on 10-11 September 2026 at Kampus Hybernská. The festival is organized by the Institute of Circular Economy (INCIEN) with financial support from the City of Prague.
