Inside Out

The dance performance "Inside Out" is inspired by the film of the same name. Together with Bing Bong, we journey through the Island of Foolishness across the landscape of a child's and adolescent's mind, where islands of personality, dreams, nightmares, and forgotten memories come to life.

Along the way, Joy, Sadness, Boredom, Anger, and Anxiety gradually appear — emotions that intertwine, collide, and together create an inner world. When the mind falls asleep, the Dream Factory begins, where fantasy transforms into poetic images, Dreams and nightmares, and the Island of Dance. Some memories remain vivid, while others slowly fade into Oblivion.

The choreography alternates between poetic, energetic, and playful movements, reminding us that no emotion is bad or unnecessary.
