The programme "Hidden Beauty of Stones" takes place on 21 June 2026 from 9 to 15 hours. Participants will meet at a pre-arranged location, where under the expert guidance of geologist Ing. Jiří Šafařík CSc., each person will find their own piece of limestone from the Moravian Karst.
Each participant will personally grind and polish the stone into a museum-quality specimen to take home. The programme also includes a visit to an interactive exhibition dedicated to the formation of limestones, caves, and other karst phenomena.
