About: Bert & Friends

Bert & Friends is a Czech alternative pop band formed in 2016, fronted by singer-songwriter and composer Albert Romanutti. Their music blends catchy retro melodies with psychedelic arrangements and absurdist lyrics. The band has won the Anděl Award for best music video, the Apollo Award for Innovation in Music, and the Žebřík Award for Discovery of the Year 2022. Their 2024 album České moře was followed by performances at jazz festivals in South Korea and Japan.
