Shrimp Week

Shrimp Week (May 23–31, 2026) is the second edition of a gastronomic festival dedicated to shrimp, taking place at selected restaurants in Prague and the surrounding area. Dozens of establishments will participate—from elegant restaurants to relaxed bistros. Each will prepare its own shrimp menu: from Mediterranean recipes and Asian cuisine to modern creative interpretations and beloved classics. The concept is simple: visit shrimpweek.cz to choose a restaurant, download a voucher for the event offering 1+1 free portions, and make a binding reservation. A 100 CZK deposit is required per voucher, which will be deducted from your final bill at the restaurant. If you cancel your reservation by 5 PM the day before, the deposit will be refunded. The festival is organized by HOPI CEE FISH HUB, which also organizes other seafood-focused events—Czech Mussel Week, Shell Days, and Seafood Experience.
