Sound Bath & Aromatherapy

An evening combining a sound bath, guided meditation, blue lotus tea, and aromatherapy. The event takes place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, starting at 17:15, with a programme duration of approximately 2.5 hours.
The programme begins with a shared tea ceremony featuring blue lotus tea. This is followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other instruments, guided meditation, and a closing aromatherapy ritual with essential oils. After the session, there is space for voluntary sharing in a circle.
