Ottone Pesante + host

Ottone Pesante is an Italian instrumental experimental trio from Faenza, composed of trombone, trumpet, and drums. The band, recognized as a pioneer of the "brassmetal" genre, creates a distinctive sound combining extensive use of electronics on brass instruments with drums rooted in grindcore and rhythmic experimentation. The result is a rich and unique sound transcending genre boundaries — appreciated by fans of brass bands, jazz, avant-garde, and metal alike. The band will perform at Kabinet múz in Brno on May 20, 2026, from 20:00. Their discography includes albums such as "Brassphemy Set in Stone" (2016), "Apocalips" (2018), "DoomooD" (2020), and the latest "Scrolls of War". Over the years, they have performed nearly 400 concerts in more than 18 European countries and appeared at festivals such as Brutal Assault (CZ, 2022) and Inferno (NO, 2023).
