Walk Around Kampa Island

A guided tour of Kampa Island with guide Alena Dušková or Martin Bělohradský.

Participants will learn how the mill stream came to be called Čertovka, what connects Kampa and Žižkov, where Jan Werich lived, and how the farmer František Odkolek became a well-known Prague entrepreneur. The walk will also show the spot where they wanted to drown Doctor Mráček, the remains of mills on Kampa, and the water sprite Kabourek - and will end at Prague's narrowest street with a traffic light.

- Meeting point: On Kampa below the steps from Charles Bridge (at the house with lanterns)
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
- End point: Klárův u lva (Malostranská tram stop)
