IVA MRÁZKOVÁ - Pictures from Japan

The opening of the exhibition takes place on 12 May 2026 at 17:00 in Klub Atlantik at Sokolská Street 26 in Ostrava. The exhibition runs until 30 June 2026. It presents a series of watercolours by academic painter and sculptor Iva Mrázková (born 1964 in Opava), who currently lives and works in Luxembourg. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (graduated 1989), held scholarships in Perugia (1987) and Paris (1992), and in 2006 received a scholarship from the Luxembourg Ministry of Culture for the creation of steel sculptures. Her works are represented in private collections throughout Europe, particularly in Luxembourg. The watercolours capture impressions from the artist's stay in Japan in summer 2025.
