Snow Film Fest Brno 2026

Snow Film Fest returns to Brno with a selection of international films about winter sports, mountains, and adventure. This year's programme offers a total of 3 hours of screenings - from a solo winter ascent of Denali through freeride descents in Antarctica to river surfing in Canadian winter and the story of Himalayan residents fighting glacier melt.

The De Le Rue family - Xavier, Victor, and eighteen-year-old Mila - crosses the Drake Passage to descend the steep icy slopes of Antarctica. The film follows Mila's initiation into freeride in the high mountains through her personal diaries.
