A site-specific installation in the courtyard of the Galerie města Plzně that responds to its surroundings and gradually transforms under the influence of natural processes.

An aluminum "trunk" forms a protective base for a "flower" created using 3D printing, which serves as a host environment for new life.

The Jindřich Chalupecký Society (SJCH) is a non-profit organisation based at the Centre for Contemporary Arts Prague in Holešovice. Since 1990 it has awarded the Jindřich Chalupecký Award - a prestigious prize for emerging artists under 35, which comes with a financial grant, an international residency and a solo show at the National Gallery. The society was co-founded by Theodor Pištěk, Jiří Kolář and Václav Havel. Beyond the award, SJCH organises exhibitions, public programmes, residencies and publishing projects focused on Czech art in an international context.
