Tours of Valečská pálenice Historic Cellars with Tasting

Extensive historic cellars are located in the building of the former forest administration office of the estate (Valeč no. 2). The tour explores the transformation of these spaces, their history and current operations, including fruit processing technology and fermentation methods.

Following the tour, there is a tasting of Valečská pálenice products.
