Plzen Through Photographers' Eyes. City Architecture in Photographs from Radovan Kodera's Workshops — Masné Krámy Exhibition Hall, Pilsen

An exhibition by the West Bohemian Gallery in Plzen presents thirteen distinctive perspectives on the city's architecture. The photographs were created during workshops led by photographer Radovan Kodera, inspired by last year's WBG exhibition "The Image of Plzen in 19th and 20th Century Art" - participants photographed with both traditional cameras and mobile phones while walking through the city center and the Roudna district.

Radovan Kodera himself selected the photographs for the exhibition, having led the workshops. He teaches photography at the Faculty of Design and Art of Ladislav Sutnar at the University of West Bohemia in Plzen and has worked for many years as a curator of exhibitions in the Great and Old Synagogues in Plzen.

The exhibition also introduces the next architectural exhibition about Plzen: "Good Architecture Comes from Pilsen: Professors and Students of the German Industrial School in Plzen 1876-1928".
