For One Night

In America, a political party has banned unmarried sex - with one exception: one night a year when single people can sleep with anyone, anywhere, and as many times as they want. The entire story of the romantic comedy One Night unfolds during this single evening.

Owen (Callum Turner) hates this night, especially after his girlfriend just dumped him - he'd rather lock himself in his pizzeria and somehow get through it. Singer Allie (Monica Barbaro), on the other hand, sets out on the hunt with a clear goal: to wake up in the morning feeling like she's lived it to the fullest.

When these two first collide, it's not love at first sight - or even a desire to take advantage of the exception. More like mutual irritation that deepens as fate keeps throwing them together. Neither manages to fulfill the vision they had going into this night.
