Ukrainian band Dakh Daughters combines music, poetry and theatre as a response to propaganda that distorts reality. The performance is titled Antidote - an antidote for those ready to listen and defend themselves against lies.

The event takes place as part of the Prague Crossroads festival.

About the venue: dox

DOX is an independent centre for contemporary art, architecture and design in Prague's Holešovice district, opened in 2008 in a converted 19th-century industrial complex designed by architect Ivan Kroupa. Its 6,000 m² of space hosts exhibitions, lectures, discussions and performances. The venue also includes the DOX+ multifunctional hall (capacity 450–700), a café, bookstore and design shop, and a wooden airship structure on the roof.

About: Dakh Daughters

Dakh Daughters is a Kyiv-based theatre-music collective formed in 2012 at the experimental Dakh theatre. The seven performers weave live music, poetry, cabaret and physical theatre into genre-defying shows. They came to international attention with their striking performance on Kyiv's Maidan in 2014.
