Husák's Children

Four classmates from 8th grade - a generation born by accident in the same year as half the nation. Each of them somehow stuck in their childhood version.

Martin - a boy from elementary school who proudly cherishes his disdain for all things tasteless. Marie - a devout prude with tinnitus that stops only during sex (yes, sometimes divine grace manifests strangely). Hedvika - the most beautiful girl in the class, except she's almost fifty and only she hasn't noticed. Marcel - son of a communist official who lives nonstop and makes a living imitating Michal David.

They meet in an ambulance - each for a completely different reason - and on the way to the emergency room their lives literally collide. Because the universe has a sense of humor, they end up in a hellishly absurd 8th grade class run by Gustáv Husák himself. The man who somewhat ruined their generation... and now has to put it back together.

A story full of breasts, moldy jeans, a class under socialist care, swingers parties and Michal David with a scooter in his throat. A comedy about how real growing up sometimes comes only after fifty.

The performance is suitable for viewers aged 15.5 to 99.5 years.
