The longest-running winemaking event in Hovorany brings together the largest number of winemakers from the association. Over 25 wineries offer tastings of more than 300 wine samples.

The programme includes entertainment with cimbalom music, male and female choirs, acoustic guitar sessions, sabrage, cellar tours, and a fire show.

The wine cellars of Hovorany sit in an important wine-growing area of the South Moravian lowlands, where viticulture is documented as far back as the village's founding charter. The cellars are spread across three sites - Na Benátkách, Hluboká cesta and Břehy - with the oldest, Benátky, built shortly after World War II. The cellar buildings reflect in the surface of a nearby pond, and the Mutěnická wine trail runs through Hluboká cesta. The Hovorany Winemakers' Association organises events here throughout the year, including the Open Cellars Day, a vineyard wine walk, a Winemakers' Ball and a national exhibition of rare grape varieties.
