Festival Eden is organized as a tribute to Jara Novak, who helped select the performers. Jara passed away on May 30 after a serious illness. In honor of his memory.

Six bands will take the stage. Rimortis from Poděbrady have been playing power metal since 1999 - they have released 10 studio albums and performed hundreds of concerts across the country. Salamandra has been active since 1998 and ranks among the leading Czech power metal bands; they have previously supported Iron Maiden, UDO, Stratovarius, Kreator, and Sabaton, and their current setlist draws from their 7 albums. Skeleton Creaking is a metal band known from regional festivals. Šašci v manéži play progressive rock influenced by bands like Extreme and Dream Theater and have been entertaining audiences for over 20 years. The Drnovice-based band Blackened Skies combines punk with metalcore and released their debut EP Unscratcheble Itch last year.
