Liminal - Czech Premiere

LIMINAL is a dance performance emerging from a research process exploring relationships between culture and nature through body, movement, sound, and liminal spaces. The project investigates "in-between" places - brownfields, forgotten urban non-places, transitional zones where the boundary between living and non-living, artificial and natural, blurs. These are spaces where blood vessels in the body, cables, and plant roots function as parts of a single system of transmission and communication transcending species and forms.

The performance combines contemporary dance and live music, created in dialogue with the place. This is the Czech premiere.

Tereza Juráková and Michaela Ondrašinová are part of the Brno-based collective corpo mira, which focuses on original work at the intersection of contemporary dance, physical and alternative theatre, and teaching dance, somatic movement, and improvisation.
