Vanished Opava

Opava is among the most devastated cities in the modern Czech Republic - a consequence of the liberation battles at the end of World War II. This guided walk shows what the city looked like before 1945.

The tour is led by Petra Kaniová from the National Heritage Institute. Your ticket includes a printed illustrated brochure with historical photographs of buildings that no longer exist. The walk lasts approximately 90-120 minutes and starts in front of the Municipal House.

Tickets are available through GoOut or at the reception of the Municipal House. In case of very bad weather, the tour is cancelled and admission is refunded.
