The children's tour "From Telč to Poland - In the Footsteps of Zacharias's Heir" takes place at Telč State Castle (Tour Route I - Renaissance Halls) from July 31 to August 16, 2026.

During the tour, children actively participate in the programme: they become castle courtiers and try everything a young nobleman - a cavalier - had to master in the 16th century.

Státní zámek Telč is one of the best-preserved Renaissance châteaux in Central Europe and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. The first tour route takes visitors through the Renaissance halls commissioned by Zacharias of Hradec in the second half of the 16th century, featuring richly decorated coffered ceilings. The rooms retain original furniture, weapons and art collections.
