The pouring school at Bernard Family Brewery will teach participants everything essential: how to recognize good beer, how to prepare a glass, what foam, liquid level, bubbles, and milk are, and how to adjust the tap. You will try everything practically, drink what you pour, and receive a certificate of completion at the end. The course lasts 90–120 minutes depending on the number of participants, and the price includes light refreshments. Tickets for specific sessions are available online or at the centre's reception every day from 9 to 20 o'clock.

About the venue: Bernard Visitor Centre

The Bernard Family Brewery Visitor Centre in Humpolec opened in June 2022. The four-storey building serves as the starting point for guided brewery tours with tastings, and houses an interactive exhibition, a cinema hall, and the Na Štokách brewpub. The complex also features a lookout tower built around the brewery's active chimney stack at a height of 33 metres. The centre is also available for corporate events, celebrations, and weddings.
