Passages and Alleys of Old Town II — Jungmannovo náměstí, Prague
Description was written before the event

A guided walk through the passages and alleys of Prague's Old Town, led by Martin Bělohradský. The tour builds on the popular "Passages and Alleys of Old Town" route. Meeting point is at the statue of Josef Jungmann on Jungmannovo náměstí; the walk ends at Betlémské náměstí. Duration: 1.5-2 hours.

The route follows passages and alleys that still serve as shortcuts today. Along the way, you will see the former city walls of Old Town, Prague's oldest traffic sign, a church where people lived after it was decommissioned, the site of a former Jewish cemetery, and the home of Pepík the eel. You will walk through a courtyard where Baroque architecture meets modern construction, and learn about the American Ladies' Club and a building that was once both a brothel and a convent.

The terrain is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Children under 12 have free entry. Tickets cannot be purchased on site. Participants may reschedule their ticket to another date up to 24 hours before the start, or send a substitute who registers under their name.
