Polly, Tim and their children Thomas, Eva and Theresa are a modern family accustomed to the hectic pace of city life and the digital world. When they move to a remote English countryside - without Wi-Fi, electricity or electronics - the children face an unexpected challenge: to explore the world around them.

During their wanderings through the surrounding area, they stumble upon a magic tree inhabited by extraordinary creatures. They meet the fairy Silka, the sprite Moonlight, engineer Varislaw Castrol and others. At the top of the tree, gates open to fantastic worlds, where each adventure brings new trials and surprises.

The family learns anew how to be together and listen to one another.

Kino Atlas is a two-hall art-house cinema in Prague 8 – Karlín, housed in the basement of a functionalist building of the former Atlas bank house from 1942, designed by architects Stalmach and Svoboda, students of Josef Gočár. The programme covers art-house films, documentaries, mainstream releases, and festivals such as Jeden svět and Ozvěny MFF KV.
