Week of Higher Schools 1936 in Uničov

The exhibition focuses on the Week of Higher Schools, held in Uničov in the summer of 1936, which attracted leading humanities scholars from German-speaking Central Europe.

It traces how the idea born in Uničov in 1923 returned to the town thirteen years later, who organized the event, and who participated. The programme also included archaeological excavations of a prehistoric burial site on Benkovský Hill.
