The Oblastní muzeum (Regional Museum) in Litoměřice occupies a former Renaissance town hall on Dlouhá Street, declared a national cultural monument at the end of 2023. The city's museum tradition goes back to 1874, when the painter Franz Krause founded the first local museum.
