The third edition of a gathering of amateur folk and country musicians and bands in the open-air amphitheatre Boháňka – Skála near Hořice in Podkrkonoší. The festival is organized by the folk band CF Sistrum from Skřívany, which performs folk songs in four-part vocal harmony accompanied by guitar.

Bands:

Standa Štěp and his band – returns to SkálaFest after a year's break.

S-Band – melodic folk-rock. Luboš Stranďa Stráník has a new band that was heard shortly after its formation last year. This year they will perform again in full lineup.

Marion – a folk ensemble from Central Bohemia that emphasizes the message of the song and the harmony between its content and personal perception of the world.

CF Sistrum – the local organizing band performs well-known and lesser-known folk songs arranged for four voices; they use just one guitar and rhythm shakers as instruments.

Singer-songwriters:

Pavel Voheň Kudláček – songs written by life, performed with wit.

Vláďa Málek – a versatile musician and lover of water and boats from Varnsdorf.

After the official programme, the organizers traditionally invite all participants to jam together until late in the evening – bring your own instruments if you wish. The venue offers refreshments and the possibility of staying overnight on site.
