Images from Within

An exhibition of paintings by Radana Makariusová in the castle gallery of Manětín State Castle runs from May 1 to May 31, 2026, open daily 10:00–16:00. The artist creates energetic, healing, and thematically inspiring paintings with messages that emerge in silence and inner calm, when the mind is consciously peaceful. She draws inspiration exclusively from within herself and uses no external references. She most often works with acrylic or oil on canvas, enhanced with metallic sparkles and other materials. Each painting is accompanied by messages in the form of short verses, which are an integral part of the artistic interpretation. Exhibitions in the castle gallery are freely accessible during castle opening hours, and in most cases the displayed works can be purchased.
