A curator of the exhibition will lead the guided tour. The exhibition Antonín Dvořák in Photographs focuses on portraits of the composer taken in various photography studios throughout different periods of his life.

About: Antonín Dvořák

Antonín Dvořák (1841–1904) was one of the most important Czech composers of the Romantic era. His output spans symphonies, chamber music, operas, and songs, and he gained worldwide fame above all with his Symphony No. 9 "From the New World". Dvořák's gift for melody and his blending of Romantic tradition with folk influences made him a central figure in 19th-century classical music.
