A Streetcar Named Desire

Former Southern belle Blanche DuBois unexpectedly visits her sister Stella and her brutish husband Stanley. Blanche's fragile world begins to crumble as Stanley gets closer to the truth about her past.
Dekkadancers brings to Prague a team led by choreographer and director Arthur Pita, who transforms Tennessee Williams' 1947 classic play into a musical-dance production. The original score was composed by Frank Moon, with sets and costumes designed by Yann Seabra.
All three artists live and work in London. Arthur Pita (Portuguese), Frank Moon (British), and Yann Seabra (Brazilian) have created productions for stages including The Royal Ballet and Sadler's Wells in London, San Francisco Ballet, and the Joyce Theatre in New York.
