Stabat Mater with Light Design

The vocal duo KCHUN and cellist Eduard Šístek bring the premiere of Stabat Mater by composer Marc Rosano to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Božanov on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The work was composed specifically for these performers and features live light design by Rudolf Živec. The concert is part of KCHUN's Czech tour, which spans two cities - after Božanov, the ensemble will also perform in September in Jablonec nad Nisou. The combination of male voices with cello creates a sonically balanced setting that interweaves with the visual accompaniment in the church space.
