Moravskotřebovští Symfonikové - Inaugural Gala Concert

On Friday, 11 September 2026 at 20:00, the courtyard of Moravská Třebová Castle will host the inaugural concert of the newly founded Moravská Třebová City Symphony Orchestra - Moravskotřebovští Symfonikové. The orchestra will perform under the baton of conductor Petr Zapletala, together with the Fermáta Choir and guest performers. The evening will be hosted by Jiří Palán.

The programme features two major works: Ralph Vaughan Williams - Sinfonia Antarctica (Czech premiere) and Carl Orff - O Fortuna from the cantata Carmina Burana.

The concert takes place under the patronage of the Mayor, Ing. Pavel Charvát, and proceeds will support the activities of the Moravská Třebová Special Primary School. The event is held outdoors. In case of unfavourable weather, visitors will be informed in advance of alternative arrangements. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start.
