Dalai Lama - Ocean of Wisdom

A full-length documentary film created for the 90th birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. It offers a view of his life, thoughts, and personality through archival footage filmed between 1991 and 2022.

The film alternates between personal, intimate moments from the Dalai Lama's private life with his life attitudes and messages for the contemporary world. Alongside public appearances and lectures, viewers will see footage from his exile residence in Dharamshala, India - during meditation, exercise, work with tools, and informal meetings with people.
