Jazz Volunteers

The Jazz Volunteers sextet emerged from a long-standing collaboration between Martin Jůzl and Filip Kučera. The group was inspired by a love of Cannonball Adderley's music and a sense that this style was missing from the Czech jazz scene.

Hard bop infused with distinctive Cannonball-influenced blues and soul elements forms the band's distinctive sound.
