Káznice Prison Tour

The former regional prison on Cejlu has a history stretching back to the late 18th century. Originally built outside the city walls, it gradually found itself in the heart of Brno - and few realize that even in the 20th century, political opponents of both Nazism and Communism were executed here.

Guided tours (60 min.) explore the stories of prisoners and guards, and life behind prison walls in a broader political and social context.
