Our repertoire regularly features songs by giants of classical French chanson such as Édith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Jacques Brel, and Yves Montand. We also explore contemporary francophone music, introducing Czech audiences to modern artists like singers Zaz and Wende Snijders, and rapper Stromae.

About the venue: New Place

Nové místo is a café and refreshment stop by the river on the cycle path between Slatiňany and Chrudim, open since 2018. The spacious grounds include a large garden where adults can relax while children use the sandpit, trampoline or go-karts. The venue is available for private and corporate hire, concerts and film screenings. In winter the cosy interior comes into its own.
